Cookie Policy

1. What Are Cookies
Cookies are small text files that a website saves to your browser when you visit. They allow the site to remember a small amount of information about your visit — such as whether you've accepted a consent notice or which page you came from.
Websites use cookies for a range of practical purposes: keeping a session active, counting page visits, and optionally delivering more relevant advertising. Not all cookies are the same — some are essential for the site to function, while others are optional and can be declined.
Cookies do not contain personal documents or run programmes. They are plain text, and your browser can read, store, or delete them at any time.
2. Cookie Types We Use
3. Third-Party Cookies
Some pages embed content or tools provided by third parties. These providers may set their own cookies when their content loads. We do not control the cookies placed by third-party services.
- Google (Maps, Analytics): May set cookies for map interaction and usage analytics. Governed by Google's Privacy Policy.
- Social media platforms: If you share content via social buttons, those platforms may set tracking cookies.
- Advertising networks: Not currently in use, but may apply if advertising tools are introduced in the future.
You can review and limit third-party cookies through your browser settings or browser extensions that manage tracker behaviour.
4. Cookie Duration
Cookies are either session-based or persistent:
- Session cookies — exist only while your browser is open. They are removed automatically when you close the browser tab or window.
- Persistent cookies — remain on your device until they reach their expiry date or until you delete them manually. On this website, the consent record stored in localStorage has no automatic expiry but can be cleared through your browser or by using the controls below.
Typical durations: analytics cookies 13 months; marketing cookies 90 days; preference cookies 12 months.
5. Your Cookie Preferences
Use the controls below to set your preferences. Essential cookies are always active. Changes take effect immediately and are stored in your browser's localStorage under the key cookieConsent.
6. Managing Cookies in Your Browser
You can also control cookies directly through your browser. The steps vary by browser — expand the section that applies to you.

7. Your Rights
Under Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) B.E. 2562, you have the right to withdraw consent for non-essential cookies at any time. Doing so does not affect the lawfulness of any processing carried out before withdrawal.
- Right to withdraw consent: Use the preference controls above or clear your browser's localStorage and cookies.
- Right to information: You may request details about what data is held by contacting us directly.
- Effect of declining: Disabling optional cookies will not prevent you from browsing the website. Some features relying on third-party tools (such as embedded maps) may display reduced functionality.
