Do I need to use all three services?
No. Each module is independent. Many clients start with the Readiness Assessment to understand their position, then decide whether to proceed with an integration. Others come with a specific need and begin at Module 02 directly.
How long does the Readiness Assessment take?
Typically one to two weeks, depending on how many systems are involved and the accessibility of your technical documentation. We work with your team to minimise disruption to daily operations.
Which AI services do you integrate with?
We work with a range of established AI services — including language model APIs, document processing tools, and structured prediction services. The Readiness Assessment identifies which would be a practical fit for your data and workflow.
What does the five-week integration timeline include?
It covers scoping and design (week one), build and internal testing (weeks two and three), client review and revisions (week four), and handover with documentation (week five). We keep you informed at each stage.
Is the Monitoring & Care Service a long-term contract?
No fixed-term contract is required. The service runs monthly and can be paused or ended with reasonable notice. We prefer to earn continued engagement through the quality of each report and the reliability of the integration itself.
How is pricing structured — are there hidden costs?
Pricing is flat per module. The Assessment is ฿4,600, Integration is ฿10,400, and Care is ฿17,200 per month. Any scope changes are discussed and agreed before any additional work begins — you will not receive an unexpected invoice.
