What You Get That Most Providers Do Not Include
From the structure of each service to how we handle documentation and long-term care — here is how our approach differs in practice.
← Back to HomeSix Things That Shape the Experience
Each Service Is Self-Contained
You do not have to commit to the full three-module path. The Assessment stands alone. So does the Integration. You choose what you need and when.
Flat, Stated Pricing
All three services have published prices in Thai Baht. No discovery calls to learn the cost. No scope-creep invoices. Changes are agreed before any work begins.
Written Handover, Every Time
Every module build ends with a written document covering function, connection points, and what to check when something behaves unexpectedly.
Named Engineer on Care Service
Ongoing clients are assigned a specific engineer who knows the system. Contact is direct, not routed through a support ticket system.
Monthly Written Reports
Care service clients receive a report every month covering uptime, error events, data volume, and any work completed. No dashboard to interpret — just a clear written summary.
Assessment Before Commitment
The Readiness Assessment reviews your systems and returns findings with practical options — the decision on what to do next remains with you.
Technical Experience Grounded in Practice
The Pranee Data team has been working on data and API integration projects in Bangkok since 2021. The work has covered logistics data pipelines, retail reporting systems, and document processing for professional services firms. This is hands-on technical work, not advisory consulting.
- Direct integration engineering — no subcontracting
- Experience with Thai and international AI service APIs
- Familiarity with the constraints of mixed legacy and modern systems
TRACK RECORD
TECHNICAL STACK
Current Tools, Used Practically
We use established AI services with documented APIs rather than experimental infrastructure. The focus is on connection reliability — an integration that runs quietly and surfaces problems clearly is more valuable than one using the newest model with fragile dependencies.
- All connections tested against edge cases before handover
- Error handling built into every module
- Code version-controlled and tagged at delivery
Reachable People, Not a Ticket Queue
On care service engagements, a named engineer is assigned to your account. When a question arises about a monthly report or an unexpected behaviour in the integration, you contact that engineer directly. There is no front-line support filter to navigate.
- Direct contact with the engineer who built the integration
- Response within one business day on care service
- Thai and English communication supported
Pricing That Is Straightforward to Plan Around
The Assessment is ฿4,600. The Module Integration is ฿10,400. The Care Service is ฿17,200 per month. These are the prices. If scope changes during a project, it is discussed and agreed before work proceeds — the invoice at the end reflects what was agreed, not what accumulated.
- Published flat prices in Thai Baht
- No hidden fees or overage charges
- Monthly care service — cancel with reasonable notice
How the Approaches Differ
A practical comparison between the way many providers work and how Pranee Data structures its services.
| Feature | Typical Providers | Pranee Data |
|---|---|---|
| Pricing visibility | Quote on request only |
Published flat prices |
| Written handover documentation | Often informal or absent |
Included with every module |
| Named ongoing engineer | Support queue typical |
Assigned on care service |
| Monthly written reports | Dashboard access only |
Written report each month |
| Modular — no forced bundling | Packages often bundled |
Each service standalone |
| Pre-build data flow review | Not standard practice |
Completed before every build |
Things We Do That Are Less Common
Control Board Documentation Format
Our handover documents follow a labelled module format — each component is described by what it does, what it connects to, and what a status change means. This is designed to be read by engineers who were not involved in the build.
Assessment Results With No Obligation
The Readiness Assessment is a complete piece of work in itself. We share the findings and options. If those findings indicate that integration is not appropriate at this time, we say so. The assessment fee covers honest findings, not a sales process.
Measured Extension on Care Service
We recommend scope extensions on the care service when the monitoring data supports them — not on a calendar or sales schedule. Extensions are proposed in writing with a rationale before any work begins.
Thai and English Communication
Technical discussions, reports, and handover documents are available in both Thai and English. Clients choose the language they prefer for each document type — they do not have to work in a second language to understand their own system.

Take a Look at What Is Possible
The Readiness Assessment (฿4,600) is a good way to understand what an integration would look like for your specific systems before committing to a build.
