We Build AI Integrations That Fit the Work You Already Do
Pranee Data is a Bangkok-based technical team. We help businesses connect AI tools to their existing systems — carefully, with full documentation and ongoing support.
← Back to HomeHow Pranee Data Came Together
Pranee Data began in 2021 when a small group of engineers in Bangkok noticed the same pattern repeating across clients: businesses had access to capable AI services, but the connection between those services and their day-to-day systems was fragile or missing entirely. Spreadsheets fed by copy-paste. Reports assembled by hand. Decisions made on data that was three days old.
We set out to close that gap — not by selling AI as a concept, but by doing the technical work of building reliable, well-documented integration modules. Our approach is deliberately quiet. We review what exists, identify where an AI service would sit without disrupting operations, build the connection, and hand it over with full documentation so the business owns what was built.
The care service came later, shaped by the practical reality that integrations need attention over time. Upstream API changes, shifts in data volume, or new team members who need context — these are predictable. A named engineer, monthly reports, and a structured process for extensions keep things stable without requiring the client to manage the technical layer themselves.
What Guides the Work
Visibility Over Complexity
Every system we build is labelled and documented. The goal is that your team can understand what is running and why, without needing to ask us.
Honest Scoping
We tell you what fits and what does not. If a system is not ready for AI integration, we say so in the assessment rather than proceeding with work that would not hold.
Measured Extension
Growth in scope should follow demonstrated value. We recommend extensions when monitoring data supports them, not on a sales schedule.
Data Handled with Care
Business data passed through AI services carries risk. We review data flows before any build and flag sensitive fields with the client before proceeding.
Who Does the Work
A small, focused group. Everyone on the team has worked directly on client integrations.
Pakpoom Pitakwong
Lead Engineer
Leads technical architecture for integrations. Previously worked on data pipeline infrastructure for a logistics firm in Bangkok for six years.
Nattaya Chanthorn
Integration Engineer
Builds and tests module connections. Focuses on API reliability and clear error handling so integrations surface issues without breaking silently.
Sunisa Kaojarern
Care & Monitoring Engineer
Manages ongoing monitoring accounts and writes the monthly reports. Named engineer for most care service clients, with a background in systems operations.
How We Approach Technical Quality
Each service follows a defined process. These are the standards that apply across every engagement.
Version-Controlled Builds
All integration code is version-controlled and tagged at handover. If something changes upstream, the baseline is preserved and traceable.
Test Coverage Before Handover
Modules are tested against expected inputs and edge cases before they are handed over. Test results are included in the handover documentation.
Data Flow Review
Before any build begins, we map the data that will pass through the integration and identify any fields that require additional handling agreements.
Written Handover Package
Every module comes with a written document covering what it does, how it connects, and what to check if something behaves unexpectedly.
Monthly Status Reports
Care service clients receive a monthly written report covering uptime, error rates, data volume, and any changes made during the period.
Named Point of Contact
On ongoing engagements, a named engineer is assigned. You communicate with one person who knows the context of your system.
AI Integration Work in the Bangkok Context
Businesses across Bangkok and the wider Thai market have been connecting to AI services at a growing pace over the past few years. Language model APIs, document classification tools, structured data extraction — these are no longer experimental. The practical challenge has shifted from access to integration: getting AI services to work reliably within existing systems, often built on a mix of legacy software and newer platforms.
Pranee Data focuses on that connection layer. We do not build AI models, and we do not consult on strategy. We write the integration code, test it, document it, and — for clients who want ongoing stability — monitor it. Our work is visible in the form of labelled modules, written reports, and engineers who are reachable when questions arise.
The team works in Thai and English, and has experience with data from industries including retail, logistics, professional services, and property. If you have a system that could benefit from a connection to an AI service, and you want that connection to be built carefully, we are worth a conversation.
A Conversation Costs Nothing
If you have questions about how AI integration might fit your systems, we are happy to discuss it without any commitment. The Readiness Assessment starts at ฿4,600.
